The Allegan County Fair is proud to announce that the country act for the 2013 Concert Series is Tim McGraw! The concert will be held Saturday, September 7th at 7:30PM at the Allegan County Fairgrounds.

The Allegan County Fair is proud to announce the first act added to the 2013 Concert Series is Austin Mahone! The concert will be held Friday, September 13th at 7PM at the Allegan County Fairgrounds and will also feature rising star, Coco Jones.

Allegan County Schools were contacted and after reviewing the application, four recipients were chosen. We would like to congratulate the following recipients and thank all applicants for their time and effort.

Tori Bergman is from Otsego. She is graduating from Plainwell High School and is planning to attend Michigan State University to study equine medicine and become a veterinarian.

Aaron Damveld is from Dorr. He is graduating from Wayland Union High School and is planning to attend University of Northwestern Ohio to study agricultural equipment technology to work on agricultural equipment.

Elizabeth Miller is from Hopkins. She is graduating from Hopkins High School and is planning to attend Grand Rapids Community College to study agriculture or early childhood education to become a teacher.

Jamie Timmer is from Holland. She is graduating from Hamilton High School and is planning to attend Michigan State University to study animal science to work in the agricultural industry.
